What the service does

Sero Tools turns a Profit & Loss CSV into a client-ready monthly report. You send the file, you get the report back.

Beta status

Sero Tools is in active beta. Features and output may change. Output should be reviewed before sending to clients.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that you have the right to share the data you send. You agree to review each report's output before using it with a client.

No accounting advice

Sero Tools formats and surfaces numbers from your data. It does not provide accounting, tax, or business advice. Professional judgment about what those numbers mean is yours.

Pricing

The first report is free. After that, a 14-day trial is available — no card required. Pricing for paid use will be confirmed before any charge is made.

Liability

Sero Tools is provided as-is during beta. Always review output before sending to a client. To the extent permitted, no liability is accepted for losses arising from use of the service.

Fair use

Sero Tools is designed for individual bookkeepers and small firms running monthly reporting workflows.

During the free trial, usage should reflect normal monthly reporting activity for your own clients.

If usage appears significantly outside this pattern (for example, bulk processing or automated submission of large volumes of files), access may be limited.

Ending use

You can stop using Sero Tools at any time. We can also stop providing the service to anyone whose use falls outside the spirit of these terms.
