What you send

When you use Sero Tools you typically send a Profit & Loss CSV exported from your accounting software, your email address, and any notes you choose to include.

What we do with it

Files you send are used only to generate your report.

Files are not shared with third parties.

During beta, files may be briefly reviewed by the operator to verify output quality. They are not used for any other purpose.

Files are not used to train any machine-learning model.

How long files are kept

Files are retained only as long as needed to produce and deliver your report. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@sero.tools.

Tracking

This site uses no tracking, no cookies, and no analytics.

Security

Files and email are handled with reasonable care. No system is perfectly secure; if you handle particularly sensitive client information, you may prefer to redact client names before sending.
